Politics of Persecution

In this sub-section, those stories that originate at the policy and political level are mentioned. As political deliberations, policy formulation and planning against Ahmadiyya community is undertaken in closed-door sessions, not much comes out in the open on record. However, occasionally the leaders of persecution find it politically advantageous to go public on this issue, so the story becomes available over the media. Thus, the end result of politics of persecution is there for all to see: in law books, on the ground and in every day print and electronic outlets.

Political leadership, both civil and military, can be safely assumed to be the godfather of Ahmadis’ persecution in the country.
